Valery Koroviy, using the example of Bar district, introduced the heads of district state administrations and district councils of the region to the possibilities of territorial development

As part of an off-site meeting of the regional state administration board, Valeriy Koroviy, together with the heads of districts of Vinnytsia region, visited several social infrastructure facilities and economic sites in the Barsky district to familiarize colleagues with the industrial potential of the district and the opportunities opening up for territories in the process of decentralization.

The participants of the tour visited PrJSC “Barsky Machine-Building Plant”, which specializes in the production of equipment for various industries, in particular, it is engaged in the production of solid fuel boilers, where they familiarized themselves with the capacities and products of the enterprise. According to the chairman of the company's board, the plant is operating efficiently today and is actively developing new sales markets in Europe and the Middle East. In addition, the enterprise has started cooperation with “Ukroboronprom” and has already launched one of the state concern's orders into production.

“We must clearly understand that it is industry that generates a large number of jobs. Because one job in the machine-building industry creates about 5 more in other types of activities around it. At the same time, we have shown that the enterprise produces absolutely high-quality modern equipment. This is very relevant because the boilers produced here use renewable energy sources,” commented the head of the regional state administration Valeriy Koroviy on the visit to the plant.
