National Energy Efficiency Program "Oschadny Dim"

Loan term up to 3 years. Interest rate 24.5%.

For the purchase of a boiler using any type of fuel and energy (excluding natural gas and electricity, except for electric heat storage heating and hot water supply) with reimbursement from 20 to 70 percent of the loan amount (maximum 12,000 UAH).

For the purchase of energy-efficient equipment and/or materials with reimbursement from 30 to 70 percent of the loan amount (maximum 14,000 UAH).
 

Conditions for obtaining the loan:

• Loan amount — from 1,000 to 50,000 UAH.
• Down payment — from 10% of the product value.
• Loan term — up to 3 years.
• Interest rate — 24.5% per annum.  
• One-time commission for granting the loan — 3% of the loan amount.
   

The reimbursement amount is 20% or 70% (for persons entitled to a subsidy), maximum 12,000 UAH from the loan amount for the purchase of:

• a boiler using any type of fuel and energy (excluding natural gas and electricity (except for electric heat storage heating and hot water supply))
   

Required documents:

• passport
• tax identification number
• income statement for the last 6 months
• invoice for the product
• document confirming the assigned subsidy for reimbursement of housing and utility costs (for persons entitled to a subsidy).
