Master of the precinct

We are inviting a foreman for industrial production.

Must know: legislative and normative legal acts, methodological, normative, and other guiding materials related to the production and economic activities of the section; technical characteristics and requirements for the products produced by the section, its production technology; section equipment and rules for its technical operation; methods of technical-economic and production planning; economic calculation; procedure for grading works and workers; norms and rates for works, procedure for their revision; current provisions on wages; advanced domestic and world experience in production management; basics of economics, organization of production, labor, and management; basics of labor legislation; internal labor regulations.

Qualification requirements: full or basic higher education in the relevant field (specialist or bachelor). Professional work experience — at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

• neat and high-quality performance of duties;
• confident computer skills;
• preferably experience with CNC machines;

Requirements:

• experience with hand tools;
• attention to detail, responsibility;
• ability to properly allocate tasks.
